RETURN POLICY

For Pre-Order custom sales, please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery. Made to order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns.

RETURN POLICY
• You must request a return authorization, we will issue a return label to complete your return. Please send an email including your order number and reason for return to admin@vbrags.com
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
• We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
• Once the return is received we will process exchanges or refunds.
• Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
• Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of arrival.

You will be notified via email of your package arrival and once your refund has been approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in the your account.
